Carefully selected Jamaica rums mature for over 12 years in the Caribbean in traditional oak barrels. They receive their unique finish in our Swiss cellar: in special French oak barrels in which a fine sweet wine made from Pinot Noir was previously matured in the style of a port wine for over 10 years. An incomparable rum, characterised by tradition and innovation.

Highly spicy nose with lots of vanilla, burnt cream and chocolate banana. Roasted and grated nuts and a hint of cocoa. The palate is somewhat more typical, bright and fresh with ripe plantains. Nougat and dark chocolate. Strong woody spice and a long finish with subtle hints of rancio.
