Basic information on shipping orders

 

Orders are dispatched from our dispatch warehouse in Switzerland exclusively to delivery addresses in Switzerland and Liechtenstein *.

 

Depending on the quantity, shipping area, etc., we will determine the appropriate shipping method and the transport company at our discretion.

 

STANDARD SHIPPING

We ship free of charge from an order value of CHF 70.00 within 2-3 working days. For purchases of less than CHF 70.00, we charge a flat fee of CHF 9.00.

 

PRIORITY

For the "Priority" shipping option (delivery within 1-2 working days) we charge CHF 15.00. From an order value of CHF 150.00, the priority surcharge is reduced to CHF 10.00.

 

If the articles ordered are not in stock, we will send written information by email to the contact address given in the order.

 

We generally send orders against prepayment (by credit card, PayPal, bank transfer). Cash on delivery is to be agreed individually. The prices stated in the online shops include the taxes incurred in the shipping area Switzerland and Liechtenstein.
