Origin and Processing
We source hand-selected premium distillates, already aged in Barbados. These distillates stand out for their exceptional quality and complexity, resulting from the island's climatic conditions and traditional production methods.

After the artistic composition of the blend, we complete the rum with our exclusive "Pinot Noir Cask Finishing." This process imparts unparalleled depth and aromatic variety to the rum through maturation in carefully selected barrels that were previously used for Pinot Noir wine.
