VERMOUTH
MORRIS „WHISPERING BERRIES“ VERMOUTH
The Myth Reimagined.
Inspired by a secret manuscript discovered by William Morris during his travels in Italy, this white vermouth brings a mystical story back to life. In 1878, he was entrusted with the recipe for "Vinum Amoris"—a noble wine infused with select herbs and the “berries of the Hesperides,” said to grow where Mediterranean winds meet crisp mountain air.
MORRIS “WHISPERING BERRIES” is crafted from Piedmontese wine and sun-ripened berries, distilled together with alpine herbs in small copper stills. The extract of wormwood lends it its signature bitterness and remarkable complexity. This “forgotten elixir” unites the flavors of nature in a captivating way, while carrying the charm of ancient legends into the present.
MORRIS „THE ALCHEMIST’S ORANGE“ VERMOUTH
A Tradition Distilled at Dawn.
After days immersed in the study of medieval manuscripts, William Morris would often enjoy a Vermouth di Torino—amber-colored, with a hint of wild orange and alpine herbs. The distillatore once shared the secret of his vermouth: “We macerate the orange peels at dawn, when the oils flow most freely.”
MORRIS “THE ALCHEMIST’S ORANGE” follows this very principle. Carefully selected Trebbiano wine is refined with wormwood extract, fresh zest from bitter oranges, and alpine botanicals—harvested at peak ripeness, then macerated and distilled in small copper stills. The result is a vermouth that sets new standards with its perfect balance of bitterness and freshness.
